Super Early Bird Price Lock - First Time Ever At A National WSAVA

  • Delegate can lock his registration at super early bird rates by a price-lock payment of Rs 9999/- before 29/2/24. The remaining amount can be remitted on or before 25/3/2024.
  • The price-lock payment is non refundable.
  •  International delegates can lock their registration before 29/2/2024 at 150$, and remaining amount should be remitted on or before 25/3/2024.
  •  This offer is not available for students and registrations after 29/2/24.

  • Student Registration Charges Slashed to Rs 5000/- till Super Early Bird Deadline of 29th Feb 2024. Valid only for UG and PG students undergoing credits at any Veterinary College at India or Abroad.
  • Discounted offer provides entry to all streams of the CE and to the stalls.
  • Discounted offer includes Lunch and Snacks, but excludes Dinner, Gala Dinner and Entertainment Programs.
  • Accommodation is not included in the offer. PhD and Post Doc Students are not eligible.
  • Entry restricted to 100 numbers.

Registration Fees For Accompanying Persons Include

An invitation to the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

**Applicants must be full-time students at the time of the Congress and are required to upload their valid student ID card scanned from both sides and a confirmation of their students that is issued by the university/institution. Ph.D. students or post doctorates are not eligible for this rate.

Accompanying person can avail the following:

  1. Entry to opening ceremony followed by dinner on 26/4/24 .
  2. Accomodation from 26th AN to 28th AN
  3.  Complimentary breakfaston 27th and 28th at hotel.

Following items won't be provided:

  1. Entry to scientific program
  2. Lunch is not provided on 26,27 and 28th. Dinner is not provided on 27th.

Cancellation Policy

The terms are valid for all registration fees, individual or groups,(congress& educational courses) as well as for all tickets for the networking events.

Registration cancellations received in writing to the wsava2024@gmail.com will be accepted and fees refunded as follows:

  • Cancellation upto March 31st 2024 -50% refund
  • Cancellation after March 31st 2024- no refund.
  • No refunds will be made for non-attendance at 13th FSAPAI & 20th WSAVA INDIA CE. All refunds will be processed after the 13th FSAPAI & 20th WSAVA INDIA CE.

Payment Terms

  • Booked registration fees are binding and must be paid in advance.
  • Payments can be done via bank transfer or credit card(Visa, Mastercard).Any bank charges will be charged to the payer.
  • Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly, if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.

Liability, Data Protection & Privacy

  • All information requested in the registration form is for use in compliance with applicable international privacy protection legislation.
  • Only written agreements are valid.
  • The Registration Management retains the right for any changes deemed necessary.

Changes

All modifications should be communicated in writing via e-mail to wsava2024@gmail.com. 

WSAVA changes are accepted and free of charge until April 5, 2024. After this date, an administrative fee of ₹1000/-per name change will be applied.

Registration Form
